It is therefore important for both paint manufacturers and paint users to know how sensitive the paints used react to this shear stress.<br \/>\nIt is therefore advisable to check on a laboratory scale before using new paint systems or when changing recipes whether the paint system is \u201ccircualr line stable\u201d and how it behaves in comparison to previously used or alternative recipes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_a8ad455f height_custom\" id=\"eine_spalte\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-6 wpb_column vc_column_container has_bg_color\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner us_custom_4666610b\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The Paintshearer is ideal for such tests . A paint test quantity of around 5 liters is sufficient for realistic shear stress and, after a relatively short time, provides information about changes in viscosity and\/or pressure conditions when pumping the paint around in the test line. Cyclic sampling to check the processing properties and the spray pattern is easily possible. The paintshearer is often designed purely pneumatically for explosion protection reasons, but depending on requirements an electronic control can also be installed. The functional components are integrated in a cabinet.
