Paint supply systems of LacTec for individual colours convinced the automotive industry: DaimlerChrysler, BMW, and VW.

Renault
is also convinced of the LacTec paint supply system and ordered 2 TPS-Systems as extension for its truckfactory in Blainsville sur Orne.

Audi factory in Neckarsulm
ordered several TPS-Systems based on the conviction that LacTec paint supply system
fullfilled the high requirements of Audi.

DaimlerChrysler AG, Wörth:
Extension of the painting systems by 8 TPS-Systems, 6 moFa-Robot-Systems
and 2 moFa-Systems for manual gun stations.
Volumen of order: approx. 1.5 Mio. Euro.

BMW AG, Dingolfing:
Extension of the LacTec TPS-Systems already existent in the paint supplying,
including circulating lines.

VW AG, Bruxelles:
Basically, 6 moFa-Application-Systems for the Base-Coat and 6 x 2C-Systems for ClearCoat.
Volumen of order: approx. 1.6 Mio. Euro.

General Industry:

HUF England carry on with LacTec equipment and know how
For the extension of the existing plant from solvent based to water based painting LacTec develops a new concept. The new concept is based on the well established potential separartion system IsoValve. The application is realised by high rotational atomizer betaBell with integrated A/B-Colour Changer.

Electrostatical disc-painting-Systems is delivered to Landshut
In the factory of BMW in Landshut a new painting line for articulated shafts will be realised. The application is based on a LacTec disc painting plant.

BWGesellschaft, Factory Brandenburg installes alphaBell
The BWG company orders a new automatic electrostatic painting plant of LacTec. The new line based on well established atomizer concept alphaBell will be used for coatings of 1K-Adhesion promoter on parts of rail points.

New Painting line for Peguform Neustadt
For the new bumper painting line LacTec realised the new installation of the paint suministration and application equipment for the electrostatical processing of water based painting systems. It contents piggable paint supplying, potential separation sytems and the flexible high rotational atomizer concepts betaBell with integrated A/B-colour changer

Voltage Block IsoValve is now available as StandAlone unit
Motivated by several successful IsoValve installations we decided to design the new IsoValve StandAlone unit. Compact design and integrated pneumatic and mechanical units as well as the PLC are the outlines of this unit. The concept machine is made for plants working with waterborne paint and isolated paint supply. The installation is very simple.
