High-quality paint systems in the area of the automotive supply industry must offer practically the same level of quality as systems for the automotive industry. This applies especially to the quality of the paint surface that is created, the economic feasibility of the overall system, and the ability to work with modern paint systems such as water-borne paints
and the use of new technologies such as potential separation systems and pigging technology.

The industry segment demands highly flexible solutions that allow operators to work with a large number of colours and shades. An example of this is the colour palettes of different automotive plants. In this case, it must be possible to work with multi-component conductive primers, but in individual cases with electrostatic high speed rotating atomizers and potential separation systems as well.

In addition, hydro-based paints must be processed electrostatically with potential separation systems in a wide colour palette.

Because of the large number of colours, numerous special colours can also be automatically supplied to automatic atomizers. The process involves the use of moFa technology. LacTec has implemented a whole series of systems with various customers.
