The basis for high availability of a system and product quality, aside from well developed system technology, is a thoroughly trained staff. Ignoring this simple fact can lead to malfunctions that could have been avoided or to reduced quality in products.

To minimize these potential sources of errors, LacTec offers both project-related training sessions and technical seminars. The goal of these seminars is to qualify the participants by disseminating basic knowledge and then building on that with training contents oriented to specific applications. Product-neutral training stands at the forefront in our technical seminars.

The content of training sessions might include the following:

• Pigging technology

Training events can be structured modularly and can be adapted individually to customer-specific problems. It is possible to have employees trained at the LacTec facility or, if desired, at the customer's location.
