Maintenance contracts
The LacTec-Service offers you customized maintenance contracts for your plant. You'll be reminded automatically of the next service due which will be carried out by qualified personnel. This helps to plan the costs, provides transparency, profitability and the reduction of downtimes by preventive measures.
Thanks to our experience with highly automated painting plants and paint supplies we carry out the complete servicing of your plant and you can fully concentrate on your daily business. The availability, efficiency and the value- preservation of your plant will be considerably increased by: preventive servicing, trouble shooting, repairs, optimization.
VIP-stock
A worthwhile extension to our service contracts is our VIP-stock. Spare parts which have been assorted system-dependent in cooperation with LacTec are available exclusively only for our VIP-customers. This guarantees quick delivery of spare parts even of expensive parts with normally long procurement times.
Standby service
LacTec offers, customized individually on your shift operation and your production time, a day and night standby service of our service-specialists with agreed reaction time.
This option can be ordered also without a service contract.
Start-up support
For the assistance on site LacTec offers the start-up support. Excellently skilled LacTec-staff supports your personnel during start-up and during production - your staff benefits from the presence of the LacTec-technicians who give all the advice and practical support you require.
