Paint recover out of special colour supply system
The paint savings, specially, for special colours or of low consumption, are an important issue. The use of a great variety of colours for painting different lotsizes empasihses the economical and ecological point of view on the paint losses.
The EasyPig-Concept
The complete colour change process can be realised with the piggable EasyPig-Ssystem: Loading, Recover and flushing.
In the loading process the pig is pushed by the paint out of the sending station till the pig receiving station. A sensor detects the pig and the loading process is finished. Now, the system is ready for painting. After the painting process the pig pushes the paint back out of the paint line to the paint drum. Simultaneously, the paint line is mainly cleaned by the use of the pig. The final flushing cycle can be started afterwards.
