Modern paint supply systems place high demands on consistent quality of paint systems that are supplied.
Easy of operation and monitoring of systems must correspond to the increased demands of quality assurance. Special attention in paid to recycling paints already in the system and to minimizing the amount of flushing solvents used.
LacTec offers innovative solutions for modern paint-supply layout:
TPS system: Supply of very small quantities for individual colour and special colours.
Voltage block-systems: Safer paint transfer from earth to high voltage potential for electrostatic painting processes. For this purpose LacTec developed different voltage block-systems: IsoValve System and IsoShuttle.
Pneumatic lifters: Pneumatic lifters for paint supply facilitate raising the container cover.
