Flexible painting plants requires flexible PLC systems and structures as well as a good visualization of all the important processes. Additionally the PLC system must secure the exact control and reliability of all the plant parameters. This is absolutely necessary for an economic operation of your automatic electrostatic painting plant. We do guarantee with our own automation team for an economic and quick adaption of a PLC system to our customers requests.
This means
- LacTec PLC systems are able to cummunicate with components made by SIEMENS, AEG, AllenBradley e.g.
- We are designing customer specific visualization screens.
- Our PLC can be initialized through different bus-systems as Ethernet, Profibus, Interbus e.g.
- Maintenance and service can by made directly in the plant or worldwide by means of MODEM.
