Recycling paint for paint robots

The number of application systems mounted on robots in increasing dramatically for the automotive industry and their suppliers. An economic colour changing process for such a robot system further was handicapped due to the long hose lengths installed. The LacTec moFa-Robot now recovers all the paint out of the hose by pushing the paint back into the main circle line.

The complete paint dosage system including all the pumps is mounted outside the booth. So maintenance is very easy. No more paint-pressure regulators on the robot arm. The system is adaptable for all hollowwrist robot types. The adaption to bell atomizers is planned for 2000.
