Paint recover

by means of piggable paint hoses for the automotive industry and their supplier

The key technology of LacTec's moFa system is the fluid paint push back and recover out of paint-hoses by means of a flexible plug, the so called pig.

This system developed by LacTec in 1997 is now widespread over Europes automotive industry. More than 100 installation were made during this time.

The first idea of pigging the paint out of hoses at manual gun stations for economical colour change is now extended into to three products: 

moFa - Hand: Economical colour changing for hoses and robots in industrial painting.

moFa - Robot: Recycling paint for paint robots.

moFa - Matrix: The combination of the moFa and TPS system.
