LacTec betaBell HiBlow - our flexible atomizer
The LacTec betaBell HiBlow is an automatic electrostatic high-speed rotation atomizer for use on paint robots.
The betaBell HiBlow is designed for high variability of spray pattern formation. Both very narrow as well as wide spray patterns can be implemented. The betaBell HiBlow is therefore suitable for complex workpiece geometries. Faraday cages can be completely painted with good results using a oncentrated spray jet and targeted shaping air.
The possibility of extreme reduction of high voltage, if necessary down to zero, allows for variable design of the paint process. The relatively short length after the offset improves freedom of movement and offers significant advantages for track programming.
