The LacTec alphaBell is an automatic electrostatic high-speed rotating atomizer that can be adapted to special usage conditions of the operator because of its flexible modular design.
The alphaBell atomizer is equipped with a pneumatic drive and is designed to meet the requirements of modern high-volume series painting technology.
- Rotational frequencies up to 40,000 rpms
- Transfer-Efficiency levels of up to 70 - 90 %
- Reduced use of compressed air and rapid engaging of turbines
- Parallel paint supply routes for different paint qualities directly to the rotating atomizer
- Can be used for electrostatic painting with contact charging or combined charging (TWINcharge)
- Three integrated valves for painting, rinsing agents and recirculation of rinsing agents
- Easy to clean due to smooth plastic surfaces
- Maintenance-friendly modular design
