The atomized paint is charged electrostatically by an electrode located in the centre of the gun. According to the operating conditions paint savings within the range of 20 – 50 % are possible compared to conventional compressed air guns.

The AirStar Gun allows the optimal painting of Faraday cages of workpieces with complex shapes.
